As snow in summer and rain in harvest, so honor is not fitting for a fool.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Like a flitting sparrow, like a flying swallow, so a curse without cause shall not alight. A whip for the horse, a bridle for the donkey, and a rod for the fool\u2019s back.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

There are fools who will wise up and disqualify themselves as fools but there are stubborn fools who are quite hopeless.<\/p>\n
A hopeless fool is wise in his own eyes, one who continues being foolish, repeating his own folly. Because he thinks he is wise, he sees no need to change his foolish ways. Even if he is given words of wisdom, it is no use to him because he just doesn’t get it. Do not even answer a fool according to his folly or else you make yourself an idiot. It is best to leave a hopeless fool alone in the mercy of God.<\/p>\n
