Power of resurrected life

The death and resurrection of Christ Jesus was the single most powerful event ever happened on planet earth since human history began. Since the beginning of time, God has destined His Son Jesus to come to our earth about 2000 years ago, not just to bring us some nice sermons and good teachings, not to start some religious club, not to initiate a new movement, but to bring newness of life to everyone who put their faith and life in Christ Jesus.
Jesus laid down His life on the cross of Calvary and the blood that He shed cleanses us from all our sins. While we are yet sinners, Christ died for us, and on the third day, the Son of God was risen from His physical death, so that through Jesus, we can cross from death to life. If we die with Christ, we will also live with Him! Sin and death no longer has dominion over us. The life that we now live in the flesh, we live by faith in the Son of God!
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Galatians 2:20
The power of resurrected life
Notice the bible says: “The life which I NOW LIVE IN THE FLESH, I live by faith in the Son of God! Resurrected life in Christ Jesus begins NOW, not after we die. Resurrected Life begins during our lifetime on earth, in the flesh, rather than referring to some future existence in heaven. Of course, heaven will be the destiny for those who are born again in Christ, but the power of the resurrected life begins the moment we accept the Son of the living God into our lives! In heaven, to be honest, we don’t need faith, but while we are living in the flesh on earth, we are called to live in faith in the Son of God who loves us and gives Himself for us. Jesus gives His life so we may live a glorious Christ-life of faith in the here and now!
If we are in Christ, we are not supposed to live a religious, fearful, self defeating, self quarantine, self hiding, self preserving, non challenging, pitiful existence on earth….until we die and meet the Lord in the distant future.
Instead, we are saved by Jesus so that we can live a glorious, victorious, overcoming, faith-filled, powerful, purposeful life, revealing the resurrection life of Christ in us! Have you seen and experienced the risen Lord? Is He expressing in and through your life?
Know that if you are born again in Christ, you carry the life of God inside you. The Spirit of God dwells in the bodies of those of us who are in Christ! Are you in crisis, or are you in Christ?
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Romans 8:11
Outwardly, that is, our external physical body may be subject to decline, but the Spirit of God in us is constantly renewing and re-energising our inner man everyday.
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
2 Corinthians 4:16
Our body may be quarantined, being isolated during times of the present virus outbreak, but the Spirit in us can never be quarantined nor can it be locked away. Where the Spirit of God is, there is life, there is power, there is healings, there is renewal, there is liberty, there is life!
Let the resurrection life of Christ revive, renew and empower us day by day!
